Avengers Assemble: What to Expect from Season 4

Avengers Assemble is an American animated television series that premiered on Disney XD on May 26th, 2013. The series is based on the fictional Marvel Comics “superhero team” who are otherwise called the Avengers. Avengers Assemble was ordered to television on Disney XD to replace the series The Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. There have been two full seasons of the program to date. It was announced that there would be a third season on June 1st, 2015. The first episode of season three returned to the air on March 13th, 2016. It has not been announced yet whether there will be a fourth season.

The series is executive produced by a collaborative team consisting of Steven T. Seagle, Duncan Rouleau, Joe Kelly and Joe Casey. The team of producers also work together on the Disney XD programs Ultimate Spiderman and Guardians of the Galaxy, which are aired together as part of the “Marvel Universe” block. All of the television programs in the Marvel Universe block have nearly identical casts along with having the same production team.

Who is currently cast on the show?

Laura Bailey stars as Darkstar, Gamora and Black Widow. Troy Baker stars as the characters Nightmare Loki, Red Guardian, Doombot, and Hawkeye Loki. Adrian Pasdar stars as Ironman and Bruto the Strongman. Bumper Robinson voices Falcon and Human Cannonball. Roger Craig Smith is the voice of the Grim Reaper, J.O.E.Y, Captain America, GreatGambonnos, Torgo, Radioactive Man, and Nightmare Winter Soldier. Fred Tatsaciore plays the Hulk and Bruce Banner, Thunderball, Volstagg, Ringmaster, Crimson Dynamo, and Nightmare Ultron. Travis Willingham voices Thor, Bulldozer, Brok, Trick Shot, and Growing Man.

Stan Lee and Jack Kirby are responsible for the creation of the animated television program.

Who else is on the production team?

Regular producers include Joe Casey, Joe Kelly, Duncan Rouleau, and Steven T Seagle. The series is edited by Fred Udell. The production companies behind the show are Marvel Animation, Man of Action Studios, and Karataz Animation.

Where did we leave off in the second season?

At the end of the second season, the Avengers went in to hiding and they manage to defeat the Squadron’s Supreme by waiting until the Squadron’s member chooses to divide the ruling of the continents on the planet. The Avengers pulled a surprise attack and trapped all of the members of the Squadron, one by one. The Squadron Supreme ultimately end up trapped in a “special section” of the Vault.

What information do we currently have about the third season?

This season is titled Avengers: Ultron Revolution. We also know that twenty-six episodes are slated to air this season. The show will continue with its average running time of twenty-two minutes.

In terms of the plot, we know that the Avengers will be forced to cancel their expansion plans. Ant-Man will also be going on a solo venture again as there will be a shortage of global events on the horizon. Ultron will also be seeking revenge on the Avengers this season after they foil his plans with the Infinity Gems’ power. Ultron will also remain on a mission this season to replace all members of humanity with robots. There will also be appearances this season from Black Panther, Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel, Vision, and Kang the Conqueror.
