Aqua Teen Hunger Force will not return for a Twelfth series...

#ATHF Cancelled, No Season Twelve :(

Aqua Teen Hunger Force is an animated comedy that started life in 2000 and has been running ever since. The TV series is from creators Matt Maiellaro and Dave Willis, with production being Cartoon Network and Awesome Incorporated. It is shown on Cartoon Networks Adult Swim, the late night programming block on the network.

What’s It All About?

#AquaTeenHungerForce is about the adventures of a milkshake by the name of Master Shake; yes it seems that a milkshake can actually have adventures, a packet of fries with the name of Frylock, even more bizarre than the milkshake and a meatball that goes by the name of Meatwad, stranger still. Together they live in New Jersey and get up to all kinds of crazy stuff.

What’s Been Happening?

Season 1 episode 1 aired on December 30 2000 and introduced us to the ATHF comprising of the milkshake, fries and meatball. They had to come up against Dr. Weird when he invented a robotic rabbit and it destroyed a car after escaping. Season 1 continued with 18 episodes and saw the team coming up against a rainbow machine and leprechauns, MothMonsterMan, moonites and a ghost in the form of a robot from the future. The season ended on December 29 2002 with the Teen Hunger Force looking into how Christmas used to be celebrated.
The latest season to air at the time of writing is season 11 which aired on June 21 2015 with a special episode and throughout the season we saw the team dealing with a beehive, an investigation into the DMV and looking into how porn and dog food integrate.

What’s In Store?

The next episode in season 11 is episode 6 with the title of Rabbit, Not Rabbot and this will see Master Shake going on an adventure with a rabbit that talks and not being the same on his return.
Sadly for fans of ATHF season 11 is going to be the final season. There have been 136 episodes in the series.
